Basic Week in English in a time zone comprising Europe, Africa, and Middle East

For the first time, the Basic Week will be held in English in the Central European Time zone, online. It will take place from November 4 to 10, starting at 8:30 p.m., Zurich, Switzerland time, and it could include people in 104 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, extending the time zone margin by one hour more and one hour less*.

The activity is aimed at those who wish to participate in PRÓ-VIDA, which offers a mind training and development program organized in nine sequential levels. Registration is open and can be made here.
