On September 1st, 2018, the 13th Vocational School built in the Historical Center of Curitiba, Paraná was turned over by CGD.

It has 6 floors, with 6,585 square meters built within 2,381 square meters of land.

The building was built so as to save resources, of which the roof has solar panels, a drinkable and recycled water tank, drinkable and recycled water meters, energy multi-meters and a VRF (variable refrigerant flow) air-conditioning system, which results in reducing CO², electricity and water consumption. Energy savings will reach almost 50% and water 68%.

The Career Center has an administrative area, 18 classrooms, library, meeting rooms, audiovisual rooms and 5 laboratories – of which 20% are virtual. It has a maker-space, equipped with 3D printers and laser cutting machines available to students and companies to test ideas, making prototypes and new products with entrepreneurial solutions.

The school also has a cinematheque, a 125-seat theater and a cultural area. The school’s capacity is for 5 thousand students.
